★★★★★ “Joe Hicks worked for me for approximately 5 years. He was a very quick study for all aspects of the work we performed. From structural framing to the detailed work for trim and tile.
After helping to manage crews of up to 20 individuals and leading the operations of the construction of swing stages for painting a 20 story 400 unit vacation condominium complex, he then assisted me in the construction of my Home Building company. During this time we poured foundations and framed homes for custom builds. Other tasks included plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, and several other tasks.
We have built multi-level decks, boathouses, and boardwalks on beachfront properties. I have had him demo and remodel complete bathroom makeovers down to a quick tub replacement with walk-in showers. He is not limited by the skill he possesses but only by the scope of work he is given. His work and attention to detail reflects the cost of hiring him!
The level of the craftsmanship he presented when working is the reason I was able to give him more responsibilities and gave him the ability to take on several jobs on his own or with a small crew. He completed these jobs exceeding the expectations of the customers. His attention to detail is what I think is what most impressed me. If the work was less than perfect, he could not leave it in place and would correct any flaws present.
By the completion of the job, the work was perfect. Again leaving the customers pleased with the work performed leading to recommendations and great customer reviews for my company and ultimately leading to more business for my company.
